The Michael Corrigan Restaurant Group, owner of Las Vegas’ Vintner Grill and the western-themed RoadRunner Restaurants, has collaborated with Neiman Marcus at the Fashion Show Mall for a venture that has become a desired event space in the city. Overlooking the heart of the Las Vegas Strip across from the Wynn and Encore resorts, the Palazzo and the Sands Convention Center, Vintner Grill Strip brings together inventive cuisine and excellent service—hallmarks of Michael Corrigan and Matthew Silverman’s celebrated Vintner Grill restaurant in nearby Summerlin—with the undisputed style and sophistication of the Neiman Marcus brand.

While Vintner Grill Strip is not a traditional restaurant, locals and visitors can utilize the space for intimate to extravagant special events, weddings, receptions and corporate affairs. Making Vintner Grill Strip an even more appealing event venue, many of the fees commonly charged by others on Las Vegas Boulevard have been waived, including setup, teardown and room fees, thus making it approachable for many budgets.
Approximately 3,200 square feet, Vintner Grill Strip features a main room accommodating around 110 guests for seated affairs and 300 for cocktail receptions. A private dining room also is available for up to 35. Expansive windows provide natural light and allow guests to view the action of the Las Vegas Strip immediately below. Vintner Grill Strip is across the street from the Sands Convention Center and minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center, making it an ideal event space before or after convention breakout gatherings. Guests can access the location via a private entrance and reception area on Las Vegas Boulevard, and valet service is included with most events with a private valet area and direct access available for high-profile guests.
Furthermore, Chef Silverman has created multiple menus that feature contemporary American fare with Mediterranean influences from France, Spain and Italy that can be customized to meet the needs and budget of any event. A traditional steakhouse menu infused with modern elements also is available.
