Martin Lawrence Galleries, the 26,000 square-foot gallery featuring more than $50 million of art from the masters to the modern marvels, will host a special exhibition at their new flagship location in The Forum Shops featuring the artist Liudmila Kondakova on February 25th from 3pm – 7pm. This rare occasion to meet and hear from Kondakova, as well as acquire from original works and other strikingly detailed limited edition print images, will bring a touch of Paris to Las Vegas for one day only.

“We are thrilled to host Liudmila Kondakova and unveil her newly published limited edition serigraph prints, Shakespeare & Company and Paris Panorama of Ten Bridges,” states Stacie Goulet, Gallery Director. “These two stunning new scenes of Paris are a must-have for any Kondakova collector or those new to the world of art,” she adds.

This special show/exhibition will feature the artist in a unique up-close and personal setting where she will be speaking about her work, and describing what inspires her. In addition, collectors will have the distinctive opportunity to have Kondakova dedicate purchased works.

Liudmila Kondakova is known for painting images of Paris and other beautiful European cities. The works are meticulous in detail and rich with color, clarity and light. Since her childhood in Russia, Kondakova has been fascinated by traditional art. Graduating from the Grabar Center in Moscow, Russia’s School of Scared Arts and the Moscow Art Institute, she credits her apprenticeship with the monastic icon painters at St. Alexi Cathedral as her most influential training. Ms. Kondakova has stated that she is looking forward to touring the United States again this year so that she can meet collectors and personally introduce her latest works.

Martin Lawrence Galleries is located near the Atlantis Fountain Show and Aquarium. Hours are 10 a.m.–11 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m.–midnight on weekends. For more information, contact (702) 991-5990.
