P.J. Clarke’s will open its first West Coast location on Saturday, Jan. 8 at The Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas. With 125 years of history, consider P.J. Clarke’s a modern day watering hole with great food where men are men and women are women. Founded in 1884, P.J. Clarke’s is a saloon with a rich history and known for its classic hard liquor cocktails – you won’t find a kiwi martini here.
WHAT:
P.J. Clarke’s has been known for decades for its ambience and the high quality of the food served simply. Dishes will include:
P.J. Clarke’s famous hamburger
Meyer prime steaks
Patrick Joseph Clarke’s fully loaded chili
Maine lobster roll
East Coast oysters
Fish and chips
Maryland jumbo lump crab cake
Baked macaroni and cheese with peas and bacon
Maine lobster cocktail
A full drink menu featuring more than 20 beers and wine will be available. P.J. Clarke’s does not offer a cocktail menu – the saloon serves all “real drinks” and can create nearly anything the patron asks for.
