Ice Bar
Step inside the Ice Bar- completely made out of 100% pure Canadian ice; the walls, the bar, the sculptures, the seating and even the glasses (custom-designed and made from New Zealand artesian water) that guests enjoy our famous vodka-based cocktails in. The focus at Minus5 is the art of ice; guests enjoy our own ice carver who changes the bar and sculptures every six to eight weeks, continually reinventing the experience sure to grab the attention of any group function. Imagine coming to the desert and having an event or conference function in a room made entirely of ice followed by a catered reception in a sumptuous Aspen-style lodge bar.

The Lodge
Adjacent to the Ice Bar is the Minus5 Lodge, a warm, rustic pub themed after great arctic explorers connected to the Minus5 Ice Bar, which also has a superior beverage list! Ironwood beams, river stones, and leather seats create an earthy, natural environment and a welcoming ambience where guests can enjoy a cocktail from our full bar. The Minus5 Lodge is a superb environment where your guests can warm up in style and reflect on their Minus5 experience. At Minus5 we look forward to exceeding all of your expectations in creating the most unique experience possible for your event.

Group Sales
Your event is unique, which is why Minus5 believes in customizing each event to your specific needs. One stop shop made easy- you work with one Sales Manager from start to finish who will help you coordinate all aspects of your event. Our experienced, dedicated Sales staff is "on call" and on hand. Group leaders have cell phone numbers for their Sales Manager, and your Sales Manager will be on site during your event to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect.
