Via Brasil Steakhouse is Summerlin's first Authentic Brazilian "Churrascaria", offering a unique dining experience with an emphasis on personalized service. Our Brazilian service style, known as "Rodizio" is a fixed price all-you-can-eat experience, featuring over sixteen Succulent meats served, on individual skewers, to your table in endless supply.

Having been voted as one of Las Vegas BEST OF LAS VEGAS in 2010, our newest extension of our award-winning restaurants in New York City offer the highest level of authenticity, cuisine and personalized service. With an interior inspired by Rio de Janeiros Copa Cabana Beach, our spacious restaurant has an upscale, elegant appearance with a very casual, relaxed atmosphere. Our space has been created to accommodate all levels of groups, functions and gatherings. With multiple private dining areas able to hold as many as 120 guests and a maximum capacity of 400 people throughout the entire restaurant.

But it's the attention to details and unique design elements that truly separate Via Brasil Steakhouse from most off-strip locations. From the design of our beautiful, large full-service bar, opening up to a spacious outdoor patio to our stunning, floor to ceiling water features and 360 degree all glass wine cellar.

Our private dining room has also been designed with the same care and attention to detail. With our wall mounted 100" projection screen allowing for the use of both DVD's and Laptop computers for slideshow presentations, as well as, separate audio controls and PA System, Via Brasil Steakhouse offers the perfect environment for presentations, meetings and gatherings.
