The Michael Corrigan Restaurant Group, owner of Las Vegas’ Vintner Grill, Agave, and the three RoadRunners saloons, has teamed up with Neiman Marcus at the Fashion Show Mall for an all new collaboration that is sure to become one of the most desired event spaces in the city. Overlooking the heart of the Las Vegas Strip and across from the Wynn & Encore Resorts, The Palazzo, and Sands Convention Center, Vintner Grill Strip brings together the inventive cuisine and excellent service that have become the hallmark of Michael Corrigan and Executive Chef Matthew Silverman’s celebrated off-Strip, Vintner Grill restaurant, with the undisputed style and sophistication that the Neiman Marcus brand represents.

While Vintner Grill Strip will not be a restaurant in the traditional sense, locals and visitors alike will be able to utilize the space for special events, weddings, receptions, and corporate affairs ranging from intimate to extravagant. Making Vintner Grill Strip all the more appealing as an event venue, many of the fees commonly charged by others up-and-down Las Vegas Boulevard have been waived, thus making it approachable for an array of budgets. Which is one reason why meeting planners have been early awaiting its arrival since the launch was announced last year.

Featuring approximately 3,200 square feet, Vintner Grill Strip’s main room can accommodate approximately 110 guests for seated affairs and up to 300 for cocktail receptions. A private dining room is also available and accommodates up to 35 people. Expansive windows provide natural light and allow guests to view the action of the Las Vegas Strip, which is immediately below. Vintner Grill Strip is across the street from the Sands Convention Center and minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center, making it an ideal event space for before and after convention breakout gatherings. Guests can access the location via a private entrance and reception area on Las Vegas Boulevard. Valet is included with most events and a private valet area with direct access is available for high-profile guests.

Fees commonly charged by most event venues have been waived at Vintner Grill Strip, including set-up, tear down and room fees. Furthermore, Chef Silverman has created multiple, customizable menus that feature contemporary American fare with Mediterranean influences from France, Spain, and Italy that can be tailored to meet the needs and budget of any event. A traditional steakhouse menu infused with modern elements is also available.

Vintner Grill Strip is open for breakfast and lunch meetings and receptions as well as cocktail and dinner parties. The space can even be arranged to create an “ultra-lounge” experience complete with premium bottle service and entertainment. Cocktail party and reception appetizers include items such as prosciutto wrapped caesar salad, tuscan white bean hummus, and house made kettle style potato chips. While the plated dinner menu offers enticing selections like crab ravioli, marinated flat iron steak, and bouillabaisse with mussels, clams, shrimp, snapper, calamari, scallops and saffron broth.
